Project Summaries are included in all of our listings. Along with needed notes on Construction Plan Markups project summaries can help contractors in the field. Project Summary can also help contractors decide if the project is right for their business. Before purchasing a pre-estimated construction project review the summary on every pre-estimated construction project listing. The summary we offer are twofold.
1) Outfit Summary: The outfit summary is an overview of the construction project provided by the General Contractor, builder or owner on the original (RFP) request for bid. Also included in the outfit summary is the (RFP) bid information. This information will indicate all of the (RFP) request for proposal information you will need to submit your bid proposal. Many times, this will include more than one General Contractor you must submit proposal to.
2) Project Summary: The project summary is an overview of the construction project directly from the estimator. We believe this is important because the estimator is able to provide a more informed project overview because they have been through the project and surveyed the noted specs.
